Over 7,000 Costa employees under 25 benefiting from National Living Wage
The coffee shop chain revealed that 55% of its staff are under 25 and will continue to benefit from the National Living Wage pay increase.
Costa introduced the National Living Wage in October 2015 to all staff ahead of the national introduction.
Costa’s Managing Director Chris Rogers said: “At Costa we truly believe people are the most important ingredient, with every person bringing their own unique blend into the mix.
