Abokado's Latest Appointment
Richard Zivkovic appointed as new Operations Director.
Abokado, the healthy fast food chain, have announced the appointment of Richard Zivkovic as its Operations Director.
Zivkovic has extensive experience in the QSR space, having most recently been the Regional Operations Director at Costa, and prior to that the Head of Operations at Pret a Manger.
The appointment marks Abokado's first board level operations hire and builds on the appointments of a Head of Talent and Head of Coffee in 2014.
Speaking of the hire, Mark Lilley, Director of Abokado said "Richard brings with him experience which is directly relevant to what we do... His appointment will also free up more of my time to concentrate on securing our pipeline. We have our next five stores in build or legals which will take us to 28 sites".
