Domino's appoints Ian Bull as new senior independent director

The group also plans to hire a new CEO and Chair in due course.

Domino's Pizza Group has appointed Ian Bull to succeed Helen Keays as its senior independent director “with immediate effect”, an announcement revealed.

Helen Keays will remain an independent non-executive director on the Board, having served on it since September 2011 and as senior independent director from April 2016.

Bull will play a key role in changes in Domino’s Board and work with the Nomination Committee as part of the process of refreshing the Board more generally.

The group says that the move is part of the succession planning process outlined in the Annual Report, which will also include the appointment of a new CEO and Chair in due course.
