Domino's Ian Bull appointed as non-executive director of Dunelm Group

He joined the pizza chain’s board last April.

The master franchise of Domino’s Pizza in the UK has announced that Ian Bull, an independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Dunelm Group plc “with immediate effect”.

Bull join the Domino’s board in the said function last 18 April. He was appointed to the board's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees and is chairing the audit committee.

According to its latest annual report, Dunelm Sales experienced a growth of 9.9% including 1.0% like-for-like (LFL) growth in stores and an online LFL sales increase of 37.9%. EBITDA, meanwhile, was £139.6m (pre exceptional items), down 1.8% year-on-year. It has 169 “superstores” and 3 high street stores.
