Gaucho owner Rare Restaurants announces two board appointments
Jamie Mitchell and Gary Mann were tapped to “help guide the company through its next ambitious chapter”.
The parent company of Gaucho and M Restaurants announced two key appointments to its board.
Former Tom Dixon CEO Jamie Mitchell and Honest Burgers co-managing director Gary Mann joins Rare Restaurants as non-executive chairman and non-executive director, respectively.
Backed by SC Lowy and Investec, Rare Restaurants acts as the holding company of Gaucho and M Restaurants following a merger last April.
“We are delighted that Jamie and Gary have joined the Rare Restaurants board. Their sector expertise and vast brand experience will undoubtedly help guide the company through its next ambitious chapter,” CEO Martin Williams said in a statement.
