Papa John's appoints new Franchise Sales and Business Development Manager
Phil Gaffer will be responsible for franchisee recruitment as Papa John’s continues to expand throughout the UK.
In addition, two new staff have been appointed to the business development team to help oversee new store development and John Mott, who joined Papa John’s in 2012 as construction and development manager, has been promoted to development director.
Previously, Phil Gaffer has been a board member of the British Franchise Association and has held senior positions at franchise organisations including: Premier Sports Ltd where he was instrumental in the recruitment of Premier Sport franchisees for four years. He has also worked at BCR Associates, The Financial Management Centre and most recently he was franchise manager for retail fabrication kitchen and bathroom business: Trend Transformations.
