Patisserie Valerie parent company appoints Jeremy Jensen as chair of the audit committee
The news comes after they have assigned a new auditor.
Patisserie Holdings has announced that they have appointed Jeremy Jensen as the new chair of the audit committee, replacing Lee Ginsberg who will continue to be the company’s deputy chairman and a non-executive director on the board.
Jensen is the current director of director of Stemcor Global Holdings Limited, Frigoglass S.A.I.C. and vice chairman of the Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. He had previous experiences at Reuters, Cable & Wireless, McCarthy and Stone, MPG Holdings, NHP Libra, and BBC 2 Entertain.
This is the latest update among the string of appointments Patisserie Holdings had after they made headlines about their £10 million accounting hole. Two weeks ago, they announced that they assigned RSM UK Audit in replacing Grant Thornton UK as their auditor.
