Bone Daddies comes out with Ramen Cook Book
Written by Ross Shonhan and Tom Moxon, and published by Octopus Books.
The new "Bone Daddies: The Cookbook" aims to reveal the art of ramen making, and demonstrates Bone Daddies' reputation for their inventive, Japanese-inspired comfort food. Bone Daddies was opened in 2012 serving Japanese ramen with a twist.
Ross Shonhan was head chef at Nobu, Dallas, where he was trained by legendary Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa in the traditions of Japanese cooking. From there he returned to London to head up contemporary Japanese restaurant, Zuma. And in 2012 he founded the first Bone Daddies in London’s Soho.
Tom Moxon became Group Head Chef of Bone Daddies after a career at Zuma and making ramen in Japan.
