Sticks’n’Sushi launches Japanese Rice Lager with Mikkeller
It features light rice and citrus flavours, a mild sweetness, and a clean finish.
Sticks’n’Sushi has introduced a Japanese rice lager developed with Danish craft brewery Mikkeller, marking their first collaboration.
Rooted in Copenhagen’s dynamic food and drink scene, the collaboration reflects a mix of Danish brewing practices and Japanese influence.
The Japanese Rice Lager features light rice and citrus flavours, a mild sweetness, and a clean finish.
It will be sold at £8.50 and will be available from 21 April in all UK Sticks’n’Sushi restaurants.
