Greggs has partnered with alternative meat producer Quorn in introducing its latest vegan item for Veganuary.
A vegan version of its classic Steak Bake is made with Quorn mycoprotein pieces and diced onions bathed in gravy, wrapped with 96 layers of light and crisp puff pastry.
The new vegan item is available across Greggs’ 1,300 stores for the whole month.
