Wagamama expands retail range with two new mayo products

The sauces were inspired by the brand’s katsu curry and firecracker.

Wagamama has launched two new plant-based mayo products, expanding the chain’s at-home range of sauces and meal kits.

The new katsu mayo and firecracker mayo, available in Tesco shelves since April 13, has a recommended retail price of £2.25.

Wagamama global executive chef Steve Mangleshot said: “Mayo is fantastic because you can add it to pretty much anything – burgers, dressings, potato salad, or even spoon it through risotto. It’s a fridge staple and carries big flavour brilliantly, which is why we chose it as the vehicle for our bold katsu and firecracker curry flavours.”
