Wahaca, Mindful Chef team up for taco kits
This marks the first time Mindful Chef has brought tacos to their menu.
Healthy food brand Mindful Chef has partnered with Mexican street food restaurant Wahaca to deliver four limited-edition at-home recipes from November 14 to 28.
This marks the first time Mindful Chef has brought tacos to their menu, available in 1 person, 2-person and 4-person options.
The dishes are Prawn & Pumpkin Seed Salsa Tacos with Smoky Squash, Cauliflower and Cashew Nut Mole Tacos, Ancho Chicken Tacos with Guacamole & Slaw and Steak and Chipotle Salsa Tacos with Roast Sweet Potatoes.
“We've had fun trying, testing and, of course, tasting the delicious recipes we've created with Mindful Chef and hope that people will enjoy cooking up their own mouth-watering Mexican feasts at home,” Wahaca co-founder Mark Selby said in a media release.
