Colette heads to London
The upcoming site will feature the brand’s curated selection of fine wines and artisan cheeses.
Colette, a gourmet delicatessen and traiteur brand, is slated to debut in London on 20 January 2020.
“We are delighted to be making our debut within this beautiful space alongside so many other culinary leaders along the Fulham Road. This opportunity provides Colette with the ability to offer the very best fresh, home-style seasonal cooking within the heart of cosmopolitan Chelsea,” Colette co-founder Dimitri Plaquet said in a statement.
The 861 sq. foot, brick-and-mortar site at 315 Fulham Road in Chelsea will be offering a menu consisting of confit cod, butternut squash risotto, soy-glazed beef rib, linguini, and beef wellington. It will also serve selections of salads for lunch.
Moreover, in partnership with specialty brands like Château d’Estoublon, Mariages Frères and Newton & Pott, Colette has curated selections of fine wines, artisan cheeses, charcuterie, luxury chocolates, unique gifting opportunities and a range of champagnes.
