Delicious Pho to open restaurant in London's Spitalfields

It will offer over 10 variations of the traditional dish where it gets its name.

Delicious Pho announced its upcoming London entry this August in Spitalfields, after experiencing success in Canada.

Occupying the former Byron site, the concept will debut for a week-long soft launch period before opening to the public.  

Founded by Chau Tran, Delicious Pho will offer over 10 variations of the traditional dish, using local ingredients sourced daily from Spitalfields Market.   

Tran emigrated to Canada in 1992 and worked as a chef in numerous Vietnamese restaurants before embarking on her own solo venture. She opened her first restaurant in 2003, a 120-cover restaurant. Today, she oversees 12 restaurants throughout Canada.
