The offerings at the new concept are said to be “punchier, bolder, and more surprising” than the contemporary kebab restaurant.
Le Bab founders Stephen Tozer and Ed Brunet has launched their new modern kebab concept, Maison Bab, in Covent Garden.
The new restaurant features ranges of starters, sides, manoushe, desserts, drinks and a kebab menu that will include items that is said to have a different style as compared to the ones Le Bab has.
Co-founder Stephen Tozer has mentioned that they will also be adding new vegan ‘hero dishes’ to the site.
“Maison Bab represents a completely new concept for us. We love Le Bab, and wouldn’t change it for the world. But at Maison Bab we’ll be offering something punchier, bolder, and more surprising. We’ve been developing this concept for almost two years now, so we’re incredibly excited to unveil what we’ve been working on,” Tozer said.
