Malaysian street food concept Roti King opens second restaurant

Its dishes are inspired from the childhood of its chef-owner Sugen Gopal.

Malaysian street food concept Roti King has opened its second location, situated in Battersea Power Station’s Circus West Village.

Their first South London outpost, the menu features signatures such as Roti Canai and Kari, Mee Goreng Mamak, Nasi Lemak, Laksa and Beef Rendang, as well as the new vegan roti which will be a permanent feature at Battersea.

Roti King’s dishes are inspired from the childhood of its chef-owner Sugen Gopal.

“This outpost is perfect for the warmer months with outdoor seating and a brilliant setting adjacent in the brilliant new riverside neighbourhood at Battersea Power Station,” Gopal said.

Unlike its Euston counterpart, covers at the Battersea site will be bookable in advance from, ideal for special occasions and bigger groups.
