New Vietnamese Street Food Brand Opens in London
A new brand is bringing Vietnamese street food to London.
HOP, which literally means ‘box’ in Vietnamese, will be offering the concept of Com Binh Dan or Working People Food, into boxed dishes that can be eaten on the go.
The menu offers light, fragrant and customizable Pho and hot meal boxes for colder days, protein vegetable salads, and herb-crammed Banh Mi sandwiches.
HOP’s summer menu also includes British flavours such as smoked mackerel and beetroot.
There is also a selection of breakfast Banh Mi and Congee, or Viet porridge, and pots of sticky rice, jerky and greens as additions to a meal. Viet drip coffee is also available served either on its own, over ice, or with traditional condensed milk.
The new HOP store is located on Finsbury Avenue Square, London.
