
Ramsden, Herlihy of Pidgin, to launch Sons + Daughters in September
The sandwich shop will serve six sandwiches for lunch and dinner.
James Ramsden and Sam Herlihy of Pidgin is set to open Sons + Daughters, their take on a classic sandwich shop, in Coals Drop on 9 September.
The shop will be open all day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Sandwiches, sides, soft serve ice cream and a range of cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
The lunch and dinner menu will feature six sandwiches; the CHICKEN S+DWICH the MERGUEZ S+DWICH, the MORTADELLA S+DWICH, the PRAWN S+DWICH, the EGG SALAD S+DWICH and the TENDERSTEM S+DWICH.
Jacqueline Barbosa, previously of the Guinea Grill and Where the Pancakes Are, will lead the Sons + Daughter kitchen as the head chef.
Pidgin is a restaurant in Hackney established by Ramsden and Herlihy that changes its menu on a weekly basis.
