Rosa's Thai Cafe set to open new noodle restaurant

Hoh Sek Noodles will open at St Katharine Docks.

Rosa’s Thai Cafe’s owners will open its new Chinese-inspired noodle restaurant, Hoh Sek Noodles this July.

Hoh Sek will operate as a casual dining, grab-and-go noodle concept during the day, before transforming into a 40-cover sit-down restaurant service in the evening.

The daytime grab-and-go menu will feature ‘Saiphin’s Six’, a six noodle dishes with Asia-wide influences, but primarily Chinese in focus.

Restaurant founder, Saiphin Moore also plans to offer weekly specials board with some of her own home recipes.
