SSP to launch new premium restaurant bar concept in Belfast
Sip & Stone is set to open at the beginning of March 2018 in Belfast International Airport.
The new bar will feature a menu that has a focus on local dishes, recipes, and ingredients and will offer locally-sourced steaks, burgers, sausages and bacon. It will also serve international beers, on draft and in bottles, as well as international wine list. It will also offer a range of premium spirits.
The new concept will also see the introduction of an in-house bakery which will serve a variety of baked cakes and muffins, along with grab-and-go sandwiches, and freshly-ground barista coffee.
Drawing inspiration from Northern Ireland’s Giants Causeway, Sip & Stone highlights the history and heritage of the local area. The modern, contemporary and natural design of the new restaurant creates a sit-back-and-relax environment for passengers as they begin their journey at Belfast International Airport, and will be open all day from breakfast to the last flight.
