Vegan dining concept When Polly Met Fergie set to debut at Queensgate
The new restaurant is set to open in August.
Following the rapid rise of veganism across the UK, a brand new vegan restaurant concept is set to make its debut in Queensgate, Peterborough.
When Polly Met Fergie will have a 1,500 sq ft café style restaurant at Westgate Arcade and is expected to offer plant-based cuisine "with a focus on sustainable, healthy produce."
Due to open in mid-August, it aims to cater to the growing demand for vegan and healthy food from British consumers.
“Westgate Arcade is a thriving destination within the region’s leading shopping centre, Queensgate. We look forward to sharing our passion for delicious vegan food at our debut restaurant in Peterborough, whilst adding a new dimension to its culinary scene and allowing people to try something new,” When Polly Met Fergie founder and owner Alastair Norwell said.
