Whisk Dessert Bar to launch first pop-up in central London

The pop-up will run from May 14 until August 3.

Experimental dessert bar Whisk will launch its first pop-up in central London.

The brand will take the 2,100 sq ft first floor unit adjacent to Vue, running from May 14 to August 3.

“After a successful debut in Bethnal Green, we wanted to find the perfect location for our second pop-up, and we were so excited when we found this space. Islington’s affluent demographic and central London location provides us with confidence that it will be a success when we open for business over the summer,” Whisk Dessert Bar co-founder Randon Burns said.

The dessert bar features a seasonal menu, featuring pairings such as avocado and white chocolate mousse paired with torched sweetcorn and chai chilli dressing, or celery sorbet with honeycomb and blue cheese.
