SSP secures franchise deal with Greggs

It will increase their UK portfolio.

F&B operator, SSP Group, announced that it secured a franchise deal with UK food retailer, Greggs, to raise their portfolio in the UK.

They are eyeing to open more stores, with its first unit beginning trading at Derby Railway Station.

The new stores will be based in units run by SSP, which will be converted to Greggs.

Richard Lewis, CEO SSP UK & Ireland, said, “At SSP, we have a long history of bringing popular high street brands that customers love into travel locations. We’re delighted to have struck a deal with Greggs, which not only delivers a great core range, but is constantly innovating to meet evolving trends.”
