Pokéwaves wins Good Food Awards 2020

The Hawaiian-inspired bar serves Poke dishes.

Pokéwaves has won in the recent Good Food Awards 2020 in Nottingham.

Located in the intu Victoria Centre in Nottingham, the Hawaiian-inspired bar specialises in poké or diced raw fish dishes.

“This is our first year in business and we’re over the moon to have already secured an award which is testament to our hard-working team, delicious meals and fresh ingredients from local suppliers,” Pokéwaves owner Kent Hau said in a statement.

The invitation-only awards programme recognise establishments striving for culinary excellence.

Pokéwaves opened last April.
