Brioche Pasquier starts production at new Milton Keynes site
Brioche Pasquier, one of the world’s largest producers of fine French patisserie and bakery products, has started production at its new site in Milton Keynes.
The construction of the 160,000 sq. ft. Buckinghamshire-based bakery facility started in March 2014; and has recently seen the first Milk Brioche Rolls be produced and sent to distributors for sale in the UK market.
Eric Jouet, Industrial Director, Brioche Pasquier UK said: “We have envisaged this happening since the day we first started distributing in the UK in 2001, and are proud that it’s finally a reality. It’s taken a lot of hard work by the team to get to this point, but we are ecstatic that we will now be closer with our UK customers and distributors.”
