Meet the Hip New Hut
Pizza Hut has re-opened on The Strand in London with a brand new menu, a bar, and a £500,000 American-inspired design concept.
The Strand is one of casual dining brand’s first flagship restaurants to be reopened as a result of its investment across the capital, which this year will total £1.67 million with refurbishments of other Huts including Marble Arch, Piccadilly and Queensway.
The new menu offers a range of dishes including, for the first time ever, fries, Kentucky Style BBQ Ribs, onion rings and waffles.
In another first for the brand, customers will be able to enjoy two stylish new bar areas with bartenders preparing hard shakes and cocktails, as well as a selection of wines, ciders and beers.
Meanwhile, Pizza Hut’s legendary Ice Cream Station and unlimited Salad Station will keep their place at the helm of the restaurant with a fresh new look.
Mike Spencer, Operations Director at Pizza Hut Restaurants UK, said: “The re-opening of our Strand restaurant represents a huge milestone as it has always been one of our most popular restaurants in the capital. We’re absolutely thrilled to be bringing the brand new design concept and menu to our flagship restaurant and we’re looking forward to welcoming our customers to experience it first-hand”.
