Top three picks on UK Chistmas burgers
The list includes burger from The Chop Houses, Dirty Bones and The Vurger Co.
The Saucy Santa (£15) at The Chop House Restaurants has joined the list - ticking all the boxes with a minced turkey patty topped with pickled red cabbage slaw, pigs in blankets and cranberry ketchup.
The Holiday Burger at Dirty Bones is the second entry, which features a venison & pork mince patty with hazelnut-brown butter mayo, smoked bacon, caramelised shallots and red cabbage marmalade on seeded brioche. It’s available across all London sites (Carnaby, Soho, Shoreditch and Kensington), and from Dirty Bones Oxford when it opens its doors on 7th December.
Lastly, The Vurger Co’s festive burger is made from a roasted parsnip and chestnut patty, topped with homemade sage stuffing, parsnip tails and chilli cranberry jam. All slathered together with clementine mayo.
