Deliveroo mulls bumper stock market float

Consultants evaluate strategic options including a listing in the next 12 to 18 months.

According to The Sunday Times, "It is understood the company could go public in either London or New York. A float would value Deliveroo, which is yet to make a profit, at well in excess of $2bn (£1.5bn), according to one source. It would also crystallise huge fortunes for William Shu, Deliveroo’s American founder, and a host of its venture capital backers from London and Silicon Valley."
