Gordon Ramsay's food-to-go concept lands in Hong Kong airport
The concept serves an all-day menu which features the celebrity chef’s signature dishes.
Travel operator SSP Hong Kong has brought celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s namesake plane food-to-go concept in Hong Kong International Airport.
Located at the East Hall in the seventh floor of Terminal 1, the concept serves an all-day menu which features the celebrity chef’s signature dishes, such as short rib burger made with minced short rib topped with tomato, gherkins, Singletons mature cheddar cheese and chimichurri mayonnaise, and Californian fried chicken burger made with buttermilk puffed rice chicken and served with a yoghurt dressing.
An exclusive menu showcasing a mix of British and Asian cuisines, such as grilled cuttlefish, pork patty bun and lobster thermidor mac and cheese, is also available.
