Chopstix continues to expand with new site in Lincoln
The brand continues to grow its portfolio with RTL enterprise.
Chopstix has opened its new site located on Lincoln High Street.
The new restaurant follows several high-profile openings for the franchisee, including the Baker Street branch in central London back in October 2023.
The new Lincoln High Street site features brand-new digital screens, alongside bold and bright signature interiors, such as the brand's iconic living wall, natural wood finishes and its winking anime character.

RTL Enterprises oversees the full management of the new site, along with all the branches, as part of an agreement with Chopstix Franchise Director, Aaron Moore-Saxton.
RTL has worked closely with Saxton to identify high-potential locations that allow for the franchisee’s quick growth.
The Chopstix Group currently consists of over 100 Chopstix sites, with 10 sites operating as Yangtze, and 25 sites under the Chozen Noodle brand.
