Roti King to debut in Brighton this May
It will be open daily from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Roti King is expanding beyond London for the first time, with a new location set to open in Brighton this May.
At the Brighton site, guests can watch roti being hand-stretched and cooked to order in an open kitchen.
The menu highlights dishes like roti canai, served with dhal, chicken, mutton, or fish kari.
Other offerings include Char Kway Teow—rice noodles stir-fried with prawn and egg—and Malaysian fried chicken, marinated in garlic, ginger, and lemongrass, then crisped with cornstarch and rice flour, served with homemade spicy sambal.
To mark its Brighton debut, Roti King is offering a special soft launch promotion. Guests who dine at one of its partner venues—Kitgum, Albertas, Shrub, Voya, or Hand in Hand—will receive a token for a complimentary meal at Roti King.
Roti King Brighton will be open daily from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Similar to its other sites, Roti King Brighton will operate on a walk-in-only basis, with takeaway and delivery options launching soon.
