A mouse infestation landed the Yo! Sushi Liverpool ONE store.
According to Echo, the staff of the Yo! Sushi branch ignored warnings from their own pest contractor. Yo! Sushi Uk Ltd were fined £40,000 and ordered to pay £5,000 investigation costs at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court after two breaches of the Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations 2013.
